Shipping Policy

We currently ship artworks and prints from Zurich, Switzerland. Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order ships. 

Shipping Options

*Customs fees or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.* 

Packaging 
- Originals: Shipped in secure, reinforced boxes with protective padding. 
- Prints: Sent in rigid flat mailers or tubes, depending on size. 

Delays 
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. 




Return and Refund Policy

Original Artworks 
All sales of original artwork are final. Please ensure you review all details before purchasing. 

Prints and Other Items 
We accept returns for defective or damaged items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@jonasanelone.art Items must be returned in original packaging. 

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective. 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we receive the returned item.
